Allow xpath expression while defining for-each loop

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) currently allows a For‑Each action to iterate over all repeating element in the source payload. The iteration scope is strictly defined by the repeating node selected at design time, and there is no option to apply an XPath‑based filter or condition when configuring the For‑Each loop.

In integrations with nested For‑Each loops, the inner loop always iterates over the entire child dataset.
