Blank Page while accessing AI Chat and AI Agent Studio

Summary:

On clicking AI Chat or AI Agent Studio user is getting a blank page.

Setup:

Below Profile Options are already enabled:

• ORA_ASE_SAS_INTEGRATION_ENABLED
• ORA_HCM_VBCS_PWA_ENABLED

Custom AI Job is already created and assigned to the user, With below Roles and Privileges.

"ORA_FND_TRAP_PRIV" (Privilege)

"HRC_ACCESS_AI_AGENT_CHAT_PRIV" (Privilege)

"ORA_FAI_MANAGE_ALL_AI_AGENTS" (Aggregate privileges)

"ORA_DR_FAI_BATCH_JOB_MANAGER_DUTY" (Duty Role)

Issue:

User is able to view the AI Chat and AI Agent Studio Icons but getting a blank page on clicking on it. <Example in attached email>
