AI feature Suggest Knowledge to Employees When Creating Help Desk Requests to not show suggestions

Summary: We are looking to enable the generative AI feature for HR Help Desk called "Suggest Knowledge to Employees When Creating Help Desk Requests". I've tested this a bit, and sometimes the suggestions don't match the title very well. When this happens, rather than the AI forcing a suggestion to the employee, we would rather it not suggest anything. Is this something that can be achieved, or is it not possible right now?
