I have reviewed the following recommended options and its limitations:

  1. REST API –> Not feasible due to query complexity.
  2. BICC (BI Cloud Connector) –> All necessary columns are Not already available in VOs.
  3. BI Publisher (BIP) –> Synchronous BI reports are not recommended due to large data volumes and timeout limitations.

If I use a BI Publisher report scheduled as an ESS job, with the output delivered to SFTP. Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) can then process the bulk data file in segments - Is this approach considered good practice for handling large-scale item data extracts from Fusion ERP?
