While logging to product management screen catalog or item screen it is showing error and no action

While following the navigation - Product management → Items / Catalogs, it is showing Error response during RestAction. While tried from the Product Manager seeded role also it is the same. Along with that there is no Action option there in the application. This is a redwood page is this a expected functionality or not.
