Trouble with comma delimiter import file integration

Hello everyone,

I am using integration to import data from File (csv comma delimiter UTF8) to OEP_PFP cube.

I am using the type "Multi-column - All Data Type", delimiter is comma.

However, the integration ran failed and it showed the error:

Ignoring data record 886

number of header record fields (4) does not match the number of data record fields (5). Check delimiter setting and record fields.

Ignoring data record 889

number of header record fields (4) does not match the number of data record fields (7). Check delimiter setting and record fields.

Ignoring data record 893

number of header record fields (4) does not match the number of data record fields (5). Check delimiter setting and record fields.
