We would like clarification on a few points related to EDM external API integration:

1.Does EDMCS support invoking external APIs directly?
2.Can the request approval workflow trigger an external application?

Business use case:

While creating a new entity in EDM, the user must fill the address property. Since this address information is stored in an external system/database, we would like to know whether EDMCS can call an external API to fetch the address and automatically populate the property before submitting the request.
