Taleo Webserices API Call Taking Excessive Time to Respond

Summary:

We are experiencing a performance issue with the CHire API when called from our new ATS. During performance testing, a 50-user load test was executed for the Referral module (our top priority), and the average response time for the CHire API was observed to be 50–60 seconds, which is quite high.
This delay is impacting the Referral module and needs urgent optimization.
