We have a standard procedure for retrieving the four types of quarterly impact-analysis data (new features, maintenance-pack items, opt-in expirations, and known issues) from Oracle's Readiness site.

For the last couple of years, retrieving Known Issues has been the most difficult part of the process by far. All the other categories can be downloaded in a single table or file, usually in the form of a convenient Excel spreadsheet.
