SSO Certificate Upload
Summary: I wanted to reach out regarding an issue we've encountered with our SSO sign-in process. We currently have an existing SAML certificate that is set to expire on May 12th, 2026. We're in the process of uploading a new certificate, and once it's made active, the old certificate automatically becomes inactive.
However, after activating the new certificate and attempting to sign in, we're receiving an error stating that the certificate is invalid. Could you please help clarify the correct process for uploading a new SAML certificate? Additionally, we're curious to know why we're seeing this error, even though the new certificate is active and should be valid.
