Learner is able to 'Take Again' on an end dated course

We have the profile option ORA_WLF_ALLOW_RETAKE_REDWOOD_PAGES_ENABLED set to Yes, if passed or failed.

However, for courses which have been end dated in the past, learners are still able to view the 'Take Again' button and recomplete the learning course.
This doesn't seem like it should be expected behaviour.

Example scenario:

Course Created

Learner 1 has enrolled but not completed the course.
Learner 2 has enrolled and completed the course.

Course end dated with a publish end date of 13-Apr-2026

Learner 1 can still see it within their ‘My Learning’ area. They can click on it and launch and complete it. (Expected behaviour).
