Akamai and EU Sovereign Cloud

Dear Community,

I am currently supporting a customer who is subscribed to the European Sovereign Cloud, and I am responsible for implementing Oracle Learning Cloud. At the moment, the required Akamai connection is not established, which is blocking progress.

Has anyone encountered this issue before or has experience working with EU Sovereign Cloud customers and the Akamai integration for Learning?
Any guidance on how to establish or troubleshoot this connection would be greatly appreciated.
