User can't run Print Maintenance Work Definition Report from Scheduled Processes

User is assigned the seeded role Maintenance Manager and has access to maintenance organizations. The user tries to go to Scheduled Processes > Schedule New Process > Print Maintenance Work Definition Report, but after clicking OK the screen is refreshed and user is returned to Scheduled Processes without the job being submitted.

From the Maintenance Management module, the user is able to select this task from the task list and is brought to the parameters, where the user can the submit the job and retrieve the output from Scheduled Processes. The same thing is happening for the report Print Maintenance Work Order Material List (except this is generated from Maintenance Execution). Is this expected behavior?
