Why can I only access Redwood Create Cycle Count through classic UI? Inventory Management

We enabled Redwood Create Cycle Count using ORA_INV_CREATE_CYCLE_COUNT_REDWOOD_ENABLED with the profile set to yes and ORA_INV_INVENTORY_COUNT_MANAGEMENT_DUTY and INV_CREATE_CYCLE_COUNT_RESPONSIVE_PWA_PRIV for privileges per the 24D release. Also, with that release it states you access this Redwood page using classic UI for Inventory Management. The classic version of Inventory Management is no longer available since we enabled Redwood Inventory Management the classic version. How do we access the Redwood Create Cycle Count page from Redwood Inventory Management? I have added screen shots from the 24D release showing classic Inventory Management being used to access the Redwood Create Cycle Count page as well as
