Different Rejection Emails for Internal Candidates based on Phase

Summary:

I am wondering if it is possible to configure rejection emails for Internal Candidates based on the phase in which their recruitment journey ended (ex. recruiter review phase, interview phase, etc.)? We already have rejection email templates based on the different phases but these are currently sent manually to team members by the recruiters. We would like to use the same email verbiage for the emails to be sent from ORC.

Another item for consideration if the above is possible is can the rejection email be sent to either the team member's work or personal email depending on whether or not a team member has access to their work email or would it only be possible to send to one email address (I presume the work work)?
