YTD translation instead of Periodic translation in FCCS

Summary:

Is it possible to load YTD activity data from GL and let FCCS perform translation based on the YTD average rate instead of Periodic average rate?

For e.g:

Periodic Data

Jan: INR 100
Feb: INR 200

YTD data load for PL accounts

YTD Jan: INR 100

YTD Feb: INR 300

Jan YTD average rate: 0.010

Jan YTD translated value: 100*0.010 = 1 USD

Feb YTD average rate: 0.011

Feb YTD translated value: 300*0.011 = 3.3 USD

Feb periodic value: 3.3 - 1 = 2.3 USD
