How to restrict Organization (Legal Employer) LOV

How to restrict Organization (Legal Employer) LOV to show only the logged-in user's Legal Employer on Create Job Requisition page

In the Recruiting Redwood Create Job Requisition page, under the Requisition Structure step, we want to restrict the Organization field LOV so that it only displays the Legal Employer associated with the logged-in user's assignment.

Currently, we have created a custom Organization Tree containing only the Legal Employers actively used in our system and assigned it to the Organization field. However, when a user creates a Job Requisition, the Organization field still lists all Legal Employers in the tree rather than filtering based on the logged-in user's Legal Employer.
