How to perform Lot Translation with Item Revision

Summary:

Business has a scenario where in EBS they are performing lot translation for a revision controlled item. So they are able to choose the revision and lot against which the quantity adjustment needs to be done. But in fusion the lot screen doesn't capture any item revision field. Need to understand if this is supported by Oracle via any REST API or is there any other way to do this.
