Is there a way we can report out only correction of terminations in Oracle HCM

There are multiple corrections occuuring in Oracle after termination, either it can be a change in reason, or a change in last working date.

Is there ay reports which can be created to report these corrections only?

Is there a table which holds these corrections.

I checked in per_periods_of_service, there is no relevant column or flag for marking it as a correction in Oracle
