How to grant view only access to payroll element entries associated with a person

Summary:

We had a personalization that allowed some users to view but not edit element entries associated with a person. That personalization does not appear to be working anymore. Rather than re-apply it, I reviewed info in the Oracle Community to see if we can resolve with security.

I found that in 20C someone indicated this was resolved by using Aggregate Privilege View Payroll Element Entry - ORA_PAY_ELEMENT_ENTRY_VIEW_DUTY. When I look into the privileges that make up this Aggregate Privilege it indicates the following rather than a "view":
