Assignment Profile creation post assign learning via Course Assignment area

Summary:

Problem Statement:

As part of a compliance requirement, business needs to assign a one-time mandatory learning course to a specific list of learners via Learning Catalog > Course > Assignments using “Assign by file upload’ option. The assignment should be either assigned by a Learning Administrator / Compliance Team. The input file will have list of Person Ids – i.e., learners to whom learning needs to be assigned based on following assignment attributes:

1. Required Assignment Type
2. Start Date and Due Date
3. Note to learners
4. Assigned By

Observed Behavior:

1. The system automatically creates a Learning Assignment Profile.
2. The assignment is not created as a standalone, one‑time transaction.
