Redwood Offer Team Issue

Summary:

When creating an offer, the offer team defaults to the requisition Hiring team, however, the Hiring Manager field is updated with the line manager of the position which is selected in the Basic Info section; removing the Hiring Manager on the requisition team. When this happens, the Hiring Manager of the requisition cannot proceed past the Assignment Info section of creating an offer; they receive a Rest Action Error when waiting for the Offer Team section to open thus not allowing them to continue with the offer.

As an attempted solution, we added the Hiring Manager of the requisition as a Collaborator as well then reattempted to edit the offer. Since the offer was already "drafted", they are not considered part of the offer team and do not have the Edit Offer action available.
