Should the Sync Calculation Cards process display the Success number and Employees Processed

Summary:

We were testing changing an OH employee address with a different school district and running the Sync Calculation Cards process. The process does complete normal and when we review the Tax Withholding W4, we can see the updated School District from the Tax Jurisdiction Card but the Total and Success Process Results show 0.

Should we expect to see the count and the employee in the Process Results section?
