Is there a report that will show me what app caused a user to get locked in OCIS
We have an admin ID that is getting locked every so often, and we are having issues finding the cause of it. Is there a report in OCIS/IDCS that would help us identify the issue? I that tried the Unsuccessful Login Report and the Application Access Report. Neither populated the user ID in question.
