Learner unable to mark event attendance in 26A

Summary:

Hello experts,

Learner is unable to mark attendance for event post scanning the QR code in 26A (redwood). The confirmation was attempted within the 2hr period, verified in line with the ORA_WLF_MARK_ATTENDANCE_END_TIME_REDWOOD_ENABLED profile option. In the ORA_WLF_MARK_ATTENDANCE_REDWOOD_PAGES_ENABLED profile option relevant option (Mark complete using attendance form) has been enabled as well.

Is there any additional setting that needs to be enabled for this functionality to work?
