Available quantity for internal materials requests is not working as expected

Hello,

Available quantity for internal materials requests is not respecting Nettable / Include in ATP configurations defined in material statuses for subinventories.

See below example:

• Item GIV0318.Give Away is showing 3360 qty as available quantity in LOG
• in Manage Item Quantities, this item has the following Available to transact qty in LOG:
  - FERTIG: 3345qty
  - STAGE: 15qty

Since STAGE subinnventory has material status ALLOW_SO_ISSUE and this material status has not checked the Nettable and Include in ATP options, we would expect these 15qty not to show in the Available Quantity for internal material requests.
