  1. "TRCS_TempSTTotal" has data in "Deferred Tax Regional" form for "FCCS_Mvmts_FX_Opening: Foreign Exchange - Opening Balance" and "FCCS_Mvmts_FX_Movement: Foreign Exchange - Current Year" for "US_Region" Jurisdiction
  2. "TRCS_TempSTTotal" doesn't have data in "Deferred Tax" form for "US" Jursidiction under "TRCS_NBRFXOpening: Foreign exchange Opening Balance NBR" and "TRCSNBRFXCY: Foreign Exchange Current Year NBR" . We expect data to flow from state to the NBR on federal.

question: Do we need to configure something for data to flow and match for these movements on both forms ?
