This question is about the requirement related to control of deduction frequency for involuntary deductions.

When there are 4 pay periods in a month, the requirement is about having deduction processed only in 3 of them and not getting processed in the last one.

The frequency field under calculation card is checked but the underlying functionality associated with it is related to capturing the frequency of the deduction amount and does not help here.

Using skip rule will require a customization which customer wants to avoid.
