Use delivered Personal Information Assistant agent template but return nothing for regular employee

Hi Experts,

We are using the delivered Personal Information Assistant agent template, but return nothing for regular employees.

I created a custom job role for regular employees to access AI Chat. And I had run ESS jobs to import security, personal, ldap etc,.

Please help check what the reasons could be.
