Net ROU and Accrued Asset Balance from EBS

We are in process of migrating property manager's leases data from EBS to Oracle fusion lease accounting module. While migrating the leases, Net ROU balance for expense leases and Accrued Asset Balance for expense leases are mandatory. Can anyone please guide us how to fetch this data from EBS current leases
