Default cover art with Redwood

Summary:

Since turning on the new course functionality, the page for 'Configure catalog defaults' has disappeared. Is this because defaults will now be set at individual course level?

We have found that our default cover art that we had originally set has disappeared and now all courses, specialisations and communities show a generic image:
