Why some members of Scenario Dimension in EPM(EPBCS) are being showed as "Invalid"

in EPM Platform and Freeform 2 comments

Summary:

  1. Create new member (product SKU) using smartview.

2. refresh database

3. not able to upload $ amount for this newly added SKU, the SKU background color is white, not blue.

Question: why we are not able to upload the $ amount? this happen every month

current workaround:

  1. delete member
  2. refresh database
  3. re-create the member from EPBCS portal.
