End Assignment Journey triggering to Primary Manager instead of Secondary Manager
We have an employee with both primary and secondary assignments.
When the secondary assignment is terminated, we have configured an End Assignment Journey (via My Client Groups → Journey Setup → Journey Templates).
As part of this journey, there is a Knowledge Transfer task, which we expect to be assigned to the Secondary Line Manager (manager of the secondary assignment being terminated).
However, currently the task is getting assigned to the Primary Line Manager instead of the Secondary Line Manager.
Requirement:
When a secondary assignment is terminated, the Knowledge Transfer task should be routed to the Secondary Assignment’s Line Manager, not the primary assignment manager.
