Issue with Burden Schedule Configuration CSV Import – PJF_IRS_MUL_INVALID_ORG

Hi Team,
I am trying to import Burden Schedule Configuration using the standard CSV import process and encountering the following error for some records:
Error Code: PJF_IRS_MUL_INVALID_ORG
Message: The organization assigned to the burden multiplier is invalid.
What I have observed is that the issue occurs only when importing a large number of records in a single load. If I split the same file and load the data in smaller batches (around 100 records at a time), the import completes successfully without any errors.
The organization used in the burden multiplier is valid, active, and already exists in the system. There are no changes to the setup between the successful and failed loads, which makes it seem like this is not a data issue, but possibly related to volume, processing sequence, or validation behavior during bulk imports.
