Hi Team,

I am encountering an issue while setting up the Enterprise Structure in Oracle Fusion Cloud.

When I navigate to Setup and Maintenance and attempt to configure the Enterprise Structure, I receive the following error message:

"Too many matching records found. Specify additional criteria to limit the number of records."

Could you please advise on the following:

  1. What is the root cause of this error, and under what conditions does it typically occur?
  2. What additional search criteria or filters should be applied to resolve this and narrow down the records?
  3. Are there any recommended best practices for searching within Setup and Maintenance to avoid this issue in the future?
