In the AI agent Documents tool, RAG agent documents cannot be viewed, and files under Documents cannot be deleted or updated. Although the documents appear in a “Published” status, attempting to edit or download them causes the files to disappear. Due to this issue, the agent is unable to fetch details from the attached documents, resulting in errors.

Isssue-1

In the AI Agent Studio > Tools > Click down arrow

Output = The document row disappears

in below screenshot, the costing UG-1 disappeared.

Issue -2

Even after attaching the document., the agent is not able to answer to the question or recognize the docment which was attached.
