Hi Oracle Community,

We are implementing the Employment Equity Questionnaire (Canada Federal Contractors Program) in Oracle Fusion HCM and need to capture a full compliance survey under the Demographic Information section.

The questionnaire includes detailed legal text and multiple long-form descriptions for each question (e.g., definitions of visible minority, Aboriginal peoples, and persons with disabilities).

Requirement:

We need to accommodate full-length questionnaire content (not shortened text) directly within the HCM UI, while still capturing responses for reporting purposes.

Challenge:

  • Descriptive Flexfields (DFF) have limited usability for long text content
  • Tooltips/Help Text are not sufficient because users need to see full context upfront
