OTBI Report Access Issue – “Workforce Management - Processed Time Cards Real Time” Subject Area
Hi Team,
We are encountering the attached error when a user attempts to run an OTBI report developed using the subject area “Workforce Management - Processed Time Cards Real Time.”
Users with the “BI Administrator” role are able to run the report successfully, and the results are displayed as expected. However, users without this role are encountering the error.
For validation, I assigned the “BI Administrator” role to the affected user, and the report executed successfully without any issues. I also verified the OTBI report permissions and granted Full Control at the report level to the affected user, but the issue still persists.
