Issue with Reference in Report with Multiple Connections

Summary:

We have a report created with 2 grids, one from FCCS and one from EBPCS. Each has one row of bottom level Entity dimension with ascending sorting. The EPBCS grid is excluding 1 entity. If we run each grid individually, they render properly with the correct data in each row. Grid 1 has cell reference from Grid 2 for data columns A and B. When we run the report the data from Grid 2 is not appearing in the correct rows. Has anyone experienced this before?
