merge 2 persons records in HCM

Summary:

we use ORC and we have pending workers created in HCM but because EBS is our source of Truth employee records were created manually in EBS and was integrated to HCM by creating new employee records in HCM

is there any way we can merge these records together specially that some of these records are few years old and had few changes in the employee records already
