View requisition pdf is downloading with 0bytes buyer unable to view requisition details

Summary:

Buyer wants to view requisition PDF in process requisition page while converting it into Purchase order, but once he clicks on View PDF button- PDF gets download in local system with 0Bytes and once you tries to click on open the pdf , it shows error or not able to open it.
