US OPTE Guide

I'm curious if others have had a hard time with interpreting the US OPTE Guide vs the previous Vertex Guide? It seems like we've lost a lot of good information with the example calculations, guidance on specific payment types. This guide is so much more technical and not user friendly for the end user.

I created an 'Idea': Provide US OPTE Guide more similar to Vertex — Cloud Customer Connect, but wondering how other organizations are fairing with the new guide.
