COO Attribute availability, defaulting and override logic in Oracle Cloud

  1. Can Country Of Origin be defined at Item/Item-Inventory Org Level in Oracle Cloud PIM?
  2. Can we default values for the standard transactional level COO attribute provided by Oracle (Receipts/Inventory Tracking/Pick Slips)?
  3. Can users override the defaulted COO attribute values while performing transactions like Receipts?    

We have a Business requirement where we need to track the COO for an item's onhand quantity - getting transferred between two Inventory Orgs, purchased from Supplier and shipped to Customers for traceability purpose.

Also, a single item can have onhand quantity originating from multiple countries within the same Inventory Org.

Requesting to help with the above queries related to COO.
