I am building a dashboard using the BIP Online template builder. I am using the below line graph and want to have the upper and lower values of the line display. When I enable this, you can see that the upper value of the line (28.62) interferes with the Y-axis value (30).

I've tried playing with a variety of settings in the Chart Plot Area (including Data Position), Chart Label, and Chart Value properties below but nothing seems to fix this. Does anyone have a way to correct this?
