We are in 26A and we have been noticing this issue before 26A as well in 25D - Transaction Console - Approval Rules - when we click on any approval rule or the workflow it won't show immediately and shows only after multiple clicks.

Did anyone encounter similar issue and is a known issue - please let us know. Thank You.
