How to change display text in login page for Career Section and Recruiting Section?

Summary:

We would like to modify some part of display text on the login page for both Career Section and Recruiting Section. This is so we can display some custom message for internal employees.

What is the recommended way to do this?

Note that I am unable to locate the resource ID using "Resource Administration" since that requires you to remain logged in and logging out makes it so you cannot see the resource ID for the text you want to modify.
