Configure Index task is configured in PIM but couldn't able to find the item in procurement

Hi,

I have configured and re-built the item index in redwood product management. I am able to see items in Product Management Search(full search page) but I am not able to see items in the main landing page search(it shows 0 items even after searching).

and also the item search needs to be available in procurement, that it is also not visible.

Could you please help me?
