EXPORT MODE as "REPLACE" when sending data from EPCM to Oracle GL

Hello everyone!

We built a data load rule to send the EPCM allocated data to Oracle GL. We normally use "Merge" in the EXPORT MODE. What is the use case for using "Replace" when the target application is Oracle GL? EPCM will create a FDBI template file and import it to Oracle GL. What will be happening when "Replace" selected in EXPORT MODE?
