Generate Outbound Shipment Request does not use allowed transactions from Material Status

Summary:

In our WMS/3PL integration we do not use the pick release/pick confirm but allocate lines via Generate Outbound Shipment Request.

The issue we face is that in 2 external warehouses the need to send back stock to the main internal warehouses. That stock we want to allocate only for these 2 warehouses against transfer orders as it are defective items and we never ever want to allocate them to sales orders!

In Material Status, we set the reservable = yes or no and that has direct impact. If no, the Generate Outbound Shipment Request does not allocate against that subinventory.
