Unable to edit project intercompany invoices

Summary:

We have few A[P invoices stuck in interface and source is Intercompany. Invoices are processed in AR but when we ran import payables invoices, they got stuck with project cost validation error.When we try to edit project attributes,its not taking and also while submitting the import payables job from adfdi, we dont see project intercompany invoices as source . Is there any profile option or lookup where we can enable edit feature of project intercompany invoices
